tk00 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

Tk00 (website: tk00.bet) is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tk00 and its users. By registering, logging in, or using any of tk00's services, you automatically agree to these Terms.

To use tk00's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You have no active self-exclusion in place.

Tk00 supports payments for Bangladeshi users via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method you used to deposit.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Tk00 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any withdrawal if money laundering is suspected.

By placing a bet on tk00, you are voluntarily participating in a risk-based activity. The following rules apply to all types of bets:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds on in-play bets update in real time — the odds at the moment of submission are final.
• Tk00 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Bets will be refunded if a match is abandoned or postponed — subject to applicable rules.
• "Arbitrage" betting — placing opposing bets on the same event — is strictly prohibited.

Tk00 offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own terms detailed on the offers page. The general rules are:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per member only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: (Bonus + Deposit) × 10.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering multiple times from the same device to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tk00. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and full forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's identity.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated system.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using a false identity to abuse bonuses.
• Using tk00 for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to tk00's systems.

Tk00 believes entertainment is best enjoyed responsibly. We actively support responsible gaming, which is why the following tools are available to all members free of charge:

• Deposit Limit — Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Session Timer — Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Cooling-Off Period — Account temporarily suspended for 7 to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Self-exclusion options ranging from 6 months to permanent account closure.

Tk00 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause under these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.

To close your account, email support@tk00.bet. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (provided bonus conditions have been met) will be returned to your registered payment method.

An independent arbitration mechanism is also available against tk00's decisions — operating under the licensing authority.

Tk00 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-site notice.

• Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In case of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• This agreement is governed by international gaming licensing laws.
